1. Q345R Steel Structure with Hard Shell

We utilize very hard and double-layer Q345R steel as the structure of the whole chamber. Users will not feel shaking during their treatments in the chamber. As steel is rather hard and not easily deformed, it can withstand high pressure and keep a consistent pressure and oxygen level for the chamber. Steel can be used for a number of years because of its corrosion resistance and longevity.

2. Explosion-proof PC Door

If the door of the chamber is not good enough, there could be a danger of leak or explosion. We employ PC material for the door due to the fact that it has a better flexibility than glass which has a higher danger of breaking. The door of our chamber is 3cm thick and can hold up against very high pressure. Additionally, the joint between our door and its frame is specially designed to be movable. The force at the joint will not increase instantly during the pressurization, which avoids the explosion.

There are 2 valves in our hyperbaric chamber. One is for auto depressurization to keep the steady pressure in the chamber, and the other is for emergency situation situations. If the user wants to terminate the therapy urgently, the user can rotate the emergency valve after shutting down the system. It will fast the speed to reduce the pressure in the chamber, and then the user can leave the chamber in a shorter time.
