Product Features of Barometric Oxygen Chamber for Wound Healing
1. Q345R Steel Structure with Hard Shell
We utilize strong and double-layer Q345R steel as the structure of the entire chamber. Users will not feel shaking during their treatments in the chamber. As steel is very hard and not easily deformed, it can withstand high pressure and keep a consistent pressure and oxygen level for the chamber. Steel can be put to use for long period of times as a result of its corrosion resistance and durability.
2. Explosion-proof PC Door
If the door of the chamber is not good enough, there could be a danger of leakage or explosion. We use PC material for the door considering it has a better flexibility than glass which has a higher risk of breaking. The door of our chamber is 3cm thick and can hold up against rather high pressure. Moreover, the joint between our door and its frame is specially developed to be removable. The force at the joint will not increase rapidly throughout the pressurization, which prevents the explosion.
3. Safe DC12V Voltage Inside The Room
As we know, the circuits are quite easy to cause sparks when working under high voltage. This is really dangerous considering the oxygen level is extremely high inside the hyperbaric room. In order to avoid get rid of this danger, all electronic devices inside our hyperbaric oxygen chamber works in DC 12V which is more safe than DC 24V. Additionally, the lighting is wireless controlled by the switch, which is safer without cables.
4. LED Screen with Touch Panel to Show Real-time Data
There are two LED display screens with touch panels both inside the chamber and outside the chamber. They can be used to set a number of system parameters such as treatment time, pressure level, pressurization type, and so on. The display screen can also provide the real-data of the chamber environment, such as real-time pressure, temperature level, humility, oxygen level, etc.
5. Comfortable and Quiet Environment for Your Enjoyment
The conventional hyperbaric chambers are lying type which is with cramped space and faint light, so users will feel a little boring throughout their treatments. Our hyperbaric chambers are sitting and vertical style, and its inner space is extremely roomy. The chamber is well equipped with a/c, sofa, carpet, lighting and tv, and the noise is less than 50db. You can sit or lie comfortably on the sofa to enjoy the time and experience the unprecedented comfort during the treatment.
6. Double Valves for Automatic and Emergency Depressurization
There are 2 valves in our hyperbaric chamber. One is for automatic depressurization to keep the stable pressure in the chamber, and the other is for emergency conditions. If the user wants to top the treatment urgently, the user can rotate the emergency valve after shutting down the system. It will fast the speed to reduce the pressure in the chamber, and after that the user can leave the chamber in a shorter time.
7. Wireless Intercom System for Real-time Communication
Our hyperbaric chamber is equipped with a wireless intercom system. You can interact with the people outside the chamber at any time throughout the treatment. They can also check your condition inside the chamber in real time to prevent unexpected events.
