Product Features of High Pressure Hyperbaric Oxygen Cube
1. Stainless Steel Structure with Hard Shell
We use very hard and double-layer Q345R steel as the structure of the whole chamber. Users will not feel shaking throughout their treatments in the chamber. As steel is quite hard and not easily deformed, it can hold up against high pressure and keep a consistent pressure and oxygen level for the chamber. Steel can be used for long period of times due to its rust resistance and durability.
2. Explosion-proof PC Door
If the door of the chamber is not good enough, there could be a risk of leak or explosion. We employ PC material for the door due to the fact that it has a better flexibility than glass which has a higher risk of breaking. The door of our chamber is 3cm thick and can hold up against very high pressure. Additionally, the joint between our door and its frame is particularly developed to be removable. The force at the joint will not increase instantly during the pressurization, which prevents the explosion.
3. Safe DC12V Voltage Inside The Room
As we know, the circuits are quite easy to create sparks when working under high voltage. This is really dangerous because the oxygen concentration is really high inside the hyperbaric room. In order to avoid get rid of this risk, all electronic equipment inside our chamber operates in DC 12V which is more safe than DC 24V. Additionally, the lighting is wireless controlled by the switch, which is safer without cables.
4. LED Screen with Touch Panel to Show Real-time Data
There are two LED display screens with touch panels both inside the chamber and outside the chamber. They can be used to set a variety of parameters such as treatment time, pressure level, pressurization model, and so on. The display screen can also provide the real-data of the chamber environment, such as real-time pressure value, temperature level, humility, oxygen concentration, and so on.
5. Comfortable and Quiet Environment for Your Enjoyment
The traditional hyperbaric chambers are lying type which is with cramped area and faint light, so users will feel a little boring throughout their treatments. Our hyperbaric chambers are sitting and vertical model, and its inner area is very roomy. The chamber is well equipped with cooling, sofa, carpet, lighting and television, and the noise is less than 50db. You can sit or lie comfortably on the sofa to enjoy the time and experience the unprecedented comfort during the treatment.
6. Double Valves for Automatic and Emergency Depressurization
There are two valves in our hyperbaric chamber. One is for auto depressurization to keep the stable pressure in the chamber, and the other is for emergency conditions. If the user wishes to go out of the chamber urgently, the user can turn the emergency valve after turning off the system. It will fast the speed to reduce the pressure in the chamber, and then the user can exit the chamber in a shorter time.
7. Wireless Intercom System for Real-time Communication
Our hyperbaric chamber is supplied with a cordless intercom system. You can communicate with the people outside the chamber at any time during the treatment. They can also follow your condition inside the chamber in real time to avoid incidents.

4. What is the lead time if I purchase hyperbaric chambers from your factory?
When you purchase hyperbaric chambers from our factory, we will schedule the production immediately and it will take 15 days. The shipping time will depend on the shipping ways. The air shipment will take about one week and sea shipment will take a longer time which is usually 1-2 months. If you want the item urgently, we advise air shipment, but sea shipment is more affordable.

It is difficult to tell the lifespan of a hyperbaric chamber. Our hyperbaric chambers can work for many years with correct care and routine maintenance, even for a decade or longer. Nevertheless, the actual lifespan of the hyperbaric chamber will depend upon many different factors, such as the actual temperature level, humidity, use frequency, routine maintenance practices, etc.
