Product Features of Military Hyperbaric Chamber
1. Q345R Steel Structure with Hard Shell
We use super hard and double-layer Q345R steel as the structure of the whole chamber. Users will not feel shaking during their treatments in the chamber. As steel is pretty hard and not easily deformed, it can hold up against high pressure and keep a constant pressure and oxygen concentration for the chamber. Steel can be put to use for many years because of its rust resistance and durability.
2. Explosion-proof PC Door
If the door of the chamber is not good enough, there could be a risk of leak or explosion. We utilize PC material for the door because it has a better flexibility than glass which has a higher risk of breaking. The door of our chamber is 3cm thick and can withstand pretty high pressure. Additionally, the joint between our door and its frame is particularly developed to be movable. The force at the joint will not increase quickly during the pressurization, which avoids the explosion.
3. Safe DC12V Voltage Inside The Room
As we understand, the circuits are very easy to cause sparks when working under high voltage. This is extremely dangerous due to the fact that the oxygen concentration is extremely high inside the hyperbaric room. In order to avoid get rid of this danger, all electronic equipment inside our chamber works in DC 12V which is more safe than DC 24V. Furthermore, the lighting is wireless controlled by the switch, which is more safe without cords.
4. LED Screen with Touch Panel to Show Real-time Data
There are 2 LED displays with touch panels both inside the chamber and outside the chamber. They can be used to set a variety of system parameters such as treatment time, pressure value, pressurization type, and so on. The display can also show the real-data of the chamber environment, such as real-time pressure value, temperature level, humility, oxygen level, etc.
5. Comfortable and Quiet Environment for Your Enjoyment
The conventional hyperbaric chambers are lying type which is with cramped space and faint light, so users will feel a little boring during their treatments. Our hyperbaric chambers are sitting and vertical style, and its inner space is very roomy. The chamber is well equipped with air conditioning, sofa, carpet, lighting and television, and the noise is less than 50db. You can sit or lie pleasantly on the sofa to enjoy the time and experience the unprecedented comfort throughout the treatment.
6. Double Valves for Automatic and Emergency Depressurization
There are 2 valves in our hyperbaric chamber. One is for auto depressurization to keep the steady pressure in the chamber, and the other is for emergency situation conditions. If the user wants to go out of the chamber urgently, the user can rotate the emergency valve after shutting down the system. It will fast the speed to reduce the pressure in the chamber, and after that the user can exit the chamber in a much shorter time.
7. Wireless Intercom System for Real-time Communication
Our hyperbaric chamber is equipped with a wireless intercom system. You can interact with the people outside the chamber at any time throughout the treatment. They can also follow your condition inside the chamber in real time to avoid incidents.
